 FACILITIES

The Western Australian Aviation College is proud to be able offer some of the best facilities available in Australian aviation training.

Aircraft

The fleet available comprises 45 aircraft ranging from the aerobatic initial trainer, the Cessna 152 Aerobat, to the high performance twin-engine Cessna 310. We also have some vintage aircraft to enjoy such as the Chipmunk and Tiger Moth.

Simulator

For the Instrument and ATPL Training we offer the Frasca 142.

Building

The College shares the multi million dollar facility with the Royal Aero Club of Western Australia, comprising Operations Centre, Flight Planning Room, Student Study Area, Pre/Post Flight Briefing Rooms, Bar, Café,  CASA Internet Examination Centre,   Maintenance Hangar, and Multi Media equipped Lecture rooms.

Accommodation

The College can offer local shared accommodation. Long or short term stay available. Alternatively, budget short term accommodation is available on site at
Jandakot Airport. Apply here.

Airport

Jandakot Airport, being one of Australia's busiest airports, presents itself as the best training facility available. Three bitumen runways, a control tower and an accessible International Airport 11 miles away, make this facility hard to beat.
