Position: Casual Ground School Instructor

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Casual Ground School Instructor. In this role, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide the highest level of aviation training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality instruction for Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL), Private Pilot Licence (PPL), Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), and Instrument Rating Examination (IREX) ground school courses.

  • Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of students.

  • Maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment that respects diversity.

  • Provide regular feedback to students to help them improve their performance.

  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the aviation industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.

  • Maintain student records, including attendance and assessment results.

  • Participate in professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Commercial Pilot Licence or Airline Transport Pilot Licence.

  • Hold a current Flight Instructor Rating or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

  • Previous teaching experience in an aviation training environment is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

  • Availability to work on a casual basis.
